YES!Delft

Program for Cyber Security startups

Are you a startup developing cyber security technology and looking to validate your idea or accelerate your traction in the market?

Cyber threats are becoming more frequent and carry a greater sting than ever. AI is creating new attack possibilities, while ransomware — where hackers hold systems hostage for ransom — has returned with a vengeance after a relatively quiet 2022. Cybercriminals are getting bolder, attacking high-value targets such as banks, hospitals, public utilities and government agencies. (Source: https://sifted.eu/pro/briefings/cybersecurity-2024)

To counter these threats we are looking for startups with the ambition to make a difference!

About the programs

In a collaboration with InnovationQuarter & The Hague Municipality we have created a special program for cyber security startups.

You will take part in the regular YES!Delft Validation Program  in Delft. In addition to our proven startup support you will receive support from renowned cyber security experts and companies. This will be in the form of 1-on-1 expert sessions and workshops.

The Cyber Security Programs offer startups access to:

  • An extensive network of partners and potential launching customers, including TNO, Siemens, Google and NS;
  • Expertise and mentorship by leading cyber security experts like Geert van Kuyck (Former Chief Commercial Officer of Riscure) and Pieter Jansen (Cybersecurity founder (Cybersprint exit to Darktrace)
  • Financing opportunities: support in obtaining investments (partners like TIN Capital and Keen Ventures are part of our network);
  • Market validation and growth: workshops and guidance to help startups further develop their products and gain market access.

The next Validation Program starts May 6th, 2025.

Who can apply

Early stage startups who want to validate their idea (problem-solution fit), have a clear idea and preferably a team of at least two founders.
