Delft, The Netherlands – Vertigo Technologies, a pioneer in advanced RF and microwave measurement solutions, today announces the sale of its millimeter wave (mmW) and sub-terahertz (sub-THz) load pull intellectual property to Maury Microwave, a longstanding strategic partner and global leader in the field. The transaction includes both hardware and software technologies developed under the MMW-STUDIO platform, enabling active load pull measurements at the frontier of high-frequency characterization.
Vertigo and Maury have worked together since 2019, with Maury acting as Vertigo’s exclusive global sales and support partner for the MMW-STUDIO solution. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in their collaboration and a strong endorsement of the impact Vertigo’s technology has made in the sub-THz domain.
