🎯 Your mission and ideal outcome
Your core mission is to serve our community of startups with HR training, HR services and recruitment support via our YES!Delft Talents services. You will be working on further improving and managing our offerings and creating an integrated portfolio of HR-related services for our startups. Both in-house and through our service partners.
As Project Manager Talents, you will be the first point of contact for startups regarding HR, talent and team-related inquiries.

- The trusted business partner to our startups when it comes to HR related topics
- A self-starter and able to work independently, as well as a true teamplayer
- Working hard towards operational excellence
- Comfortable in front of a group facilitating regular sessions and workshops
- A planner and strategist to execute the project objectives
- Able to attract talent by managing various university and student initiatives
- Comfortable sourcing for YES!Delft startups on request for variety of roles (engineering, IT, marketing, business development)
- Able to work with a diverse set of service partners
💻 Requirements
- A completed HBO education or have obtained this level through work experience, preferably in HR, Management, Business Administration or similar.
- You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in and strong affinity with project and team management
- Secure facilitator with strong presentation skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English
- Able to develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the needs of startups in the community in the form of consultancy
